1. Umbrella Structure
“H Group of Companies” is a trading style and umbrella brand used for convenience. It refers collectively to a number of separately incorporated limited companies which are independently registered in England & Wales. Each company is a distinct legal entity.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, no company operating under the “H Group” umbrella has any responsibility or liability for the acts, omissions, or obligations of another. Liability rests solely with the company from which the communication originates.

3. Confidentiality
Emails and any attachments sent from the above companies are intended solely for the named recipient(s) and may contain confidential or legally privileged information. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify the sender immediately, delete the email, and do not copy, distribute, or disclose its contents.

4. Contractual Status
Any indication of terms, pricing, or availability contained in an email is provided for discussion purposes only and does not constitute an offer or acceptance capable of creating binding legal obligations. Any agreement with the Company shall be effective only when set out in a formal written contract signed by all duly authorised parties.

5. Authority to Bind
The Company shall only be contractually bound where a written agreement has been executed by a Director of the Company whose appointment is registered at Companies House. No other communication, whether written or oral, shall be deemed to bind the Company unless expressly confirmed in such a contract.

6. Reliance and Liability
The Company accepts no responsibility for reliance on statements or information contained in any email unless confirmed in a duly executed written contract. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Signatures
Unless expressly agreed in writing by a Director, the Company requires contracts to be executed with original “wet ink” signatures. Electronic, scanned, or digital signatures will not be accepted unless explicitly authorised.

8. Security and Viruses
Email is not a secure method of communication. The sender accepts no liability for mis-transmission, interference, interception, or damage caused by any virus transmitted with an email. Recipients are responsible for carrying out their own checks before opening attachments.

9. Governing Law
This disclaimer, and all communications from the companies listed above, are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
